Past life of a financier and his guilty conscience is Iravin nizhal. To a person who is in poverty, society would just look like a money driven world. One such person is Nandu. His story and his journey is Iravin Nizhal. On the lines of Pudhiya paathai, parthiban once again touches upon the life of a poverty-stricken individual. 

Through Iravin Nizhal Parthiban addresses about infidelity crimes, child rape, loan sharking, fake swamijis and jewels theft from Ashram that were given as donations by devotees/volunteers/disciples. 

Iravin Nizhal addresses about the love and affection of a father towards his daughter. 

Iravin Nizhal may be viewed as a cringe and indecent by certain section of audiences because of the way things are depicted. 

Parthiban, Chandru, Anandhakrishnan, Brigida, Priyanka ruth,  Varalakshmi sarathkumar, Robo shankar and others have performed their roles well. 

AR Rahman background score is a plus for the film. Mayava chayava and Bejara are the key highlight songs of the film.
