Life of a Differently Abled person/ mentally challenged person is Laal Singh Chaddha. Inspiring!!! 

I don't know about the Hindi version..Tamil version was Excellent...

Aamir Khan has Transformed himself as Laal Singh Chaddha. Applaudable Performance. 

Laal Singh Chaddha, owner of a Banians and Briefs company travels to Chandigarh in Train.  He shares his life story with his Co passengers. That's Laal Singh Chaddha. 

Laal singh love and affection with his mother (Mona singh), Laal singh overcoming his physical challenges, Laal singh Friendship and Love life with Rupa(Kareena Kapoor), Laal singh Friendship with Bala(Naga Chaitanya), Laal singh saving soldiers during the Kargil war and also saving one of the opponent (Manav VJ). Laal Singh Friendship with Mohammed, a terrorist who misunderstands India first and later understands India and Laal singh. Addresses about how youngsters are brainwashed for terrorism in neighbouring countries.

* If a person is Differently Abled or mentally challenged, it doesn't mean that they can't be productive or efficient. 

* Encouragement and support of parents is very important if the child is Differently abled. Support of Laal singh Mother is an example for it. 

*Believe in Yourself. Don't put a constraint to yourself. Don't give into Society's pre-judged labelings.

 *what is shown in the movie is true. During 1980's and 1990's, Differently Abled children were bullied a lot.

*Laal Singh Chaddha addresses that India doesn't see neighboring countries as an enemy. Laal Singh Chaddha addresses about the misunderstandings what civilians & terrorists of neighbouring countries have towards India.  

*Laal Singh Chaddha addresses about chain of important events that took place in 1970's, 1980's and 1990's

*Laal Singh Chaddha addresses about casting couch in the Film industry. Suicide attempt of Kareena Kapoor in the movie is an example for it...The scene also reminded of Actress Divya Bharathi who committed suicide in the 90's....
