LGM Short Review 

An Average Comedy movie!!! 

Gautham(Harish Kalyan) and Meera(Ivana) date each other for two years. Gautham proposes Meera for getting married. Meera accepts Gautham's proposal. She invites him and his mother(Nadiya) to her home. Meera revokes her decision of getting married to Gautham as she is not comfortable with the idea of coexisting with Mother in law after her marriage.  Gautham doesn't like the idea of staying separately as he is a single parented child. His Mother means a lot to him. 

Being in Love with Gautham, Meera comes up with an  idea. She asks Gautham to arrange for a trip to Coorg so that she can move with her future Mother in law and understand her. If things work out, Meera would marry Gautham. It's like Dating Future Mother in law to understand her and see the compatibility. 

 Family members and friends of both Gautham and Meera come for the trip. Meera is Transparent. She reveals the purpose of the trip to her family members. However, Gautham is not Transparent. He doesn't reveal the purpose of the trip to his mother. He lies to her that it is an office trip. where does this Trip leads to? Did things work out well between Meera and Gautham's Mother? What did Meera and Gautham Mother decide? That's LGM. 

There could be differences and difference of opinions. There could be generation gap. 

A Mother in law doesn't need to please her daughter in law nor a Daughter in law needs to please her mother in law. LGM addresses about the idea of being oneself after marriage. LGM addresses the idea of coexistence of Mother in law and Daughter in law after marriage. Its okay to live with different mindsets where there could be differences in likes and dislikes.

Harish Kalyan, Ivana and Nadhiya have performed well!!! 

Venkat Prabhu comes in a small role.

1. Songs are speed breakers that interrupts the momentum of the Screenplay. பாடல்கள் குறைவாக இருந்தாலோ அல்லது பாடல்களே இல்லாமல் இருந்திருந்தாலோ படம் ஓகேவாக இருந்திருக்கும். திரைக்கதையின் வேகத்திற்கு பாடல்கள் முட்டுக்கட்டையாக இருக்கின்றன 

2. Songs are average. பாடல்கள் சுமார்.

3. Second half is dragging 

4. Screenplay execution could have been better 

5. Yogi Babu could have been utilised in a better way. 

6. Climax sequence is predictable and dragging.

Overall an Average Comedy movie!!!
