First half: Entertaining and Engaging
Second half: Appears to be lengthy..Formulaic...
Why did Vasundhara (Ramya Krishnan) leave his son Ramana (Mahesh Babu) in his childhood? Why did she marry Raja Gopal Narayana (Rao Ramesh) leaving her husband Bhogineni Sathyanarayana (Jayaram)? After 25 years, why Vyra Venkataswamy (Prakash Raj) wants a signature from Ramana? who is behind the events that took place in Guntur 25 years back and who is behind the accident that happened to Vasundhara? Did Vasundhara reunite with her son and her first husband? That's Guntur Kaaram

Minus: 1. Second half appears to be lengthy...Formulaic...Trivikram Srinivas follows a conventional style in the Screenplay....2. Stunts are not effective...3. Rao Ramesh, Jagapathi Babu, Meenakshi Chaudhary and Raghu Babu weren't utilised effectively in the screenplay.
Although Screenplay is a bit slippery in the second half, Mahesh Babu Saves and Rocks the show!!!
