Family star is not a perfect movie. It has it's own flaws. However, it is a Beautiful movie. Beautiful Love story. Watchable!!!

Govardhan (Vijay Devarkonda) is a middle class man who runs his Family with huge responsibilities. He takes care of not just himself but of his whole Family that includes his Brother's Family as well. Indu(Mrunal Thakur) who comes as a Tenant moves with Govardhan's Family and falls in Love with him. Govardhan and Indu start loving each other. Indu is a student of central university. Things take a turn when Govardhan comes across a Thesis that was written by Indu. The Thesis is about Govardhan,his middle class mindset, his budget planning and execution, how he is economical or stingy etc. Reading only few pages Govardhan starts to misunderstand and judge Indu thinking that she just moved with him and his family for the thesis...Govardhan starts to feel that private information about him and his family has been made Public through the thesis...He goes to Central University and slaps her... 

The Thesis hits Govardhan ego and he wants to prove that he is not stingy to Indu. Hence he joins a company which he rejected in the past that offered him a huge salary. He meets the chairman and joins the company. He gets a whooping salary. Govardhan starts to exhibit a show off mentality to Indu as soon as he gets a job. He buys New costly things and shows them off to Indu through video calls only to discover later that Indu is the CEO of the company. After coming to know that Indu is the CEO, did Govardhan work with her? Why did Indu wrote a Thesis on Govardhan? Did Govardhan understand Indu in the end? Did Govardhan and Indu reconcile with each other? That's Family star

First half: Okay

Second half: Good

Plus: 

1. Chemistry between Vijay Devarkonda and Mrunal Thakur. Both of them have performed well 

2. Comedy has worked out well

3. Gopi Sundar background score and songs are good

4. Cinematography is good 

5. Concept is good...Screenplay execution could have been better

Minus: 

1. Director could have avoided overboard elements or exaggerated heroism in the movie which is a minus for Family star... First half tests your patience at times...Director could have conveyed or portrayed things in a realistic way rather than overboard elements or exaggerated heroism 

2. Emotional connect could have been better...

Overall, A Watchable Romantic Entertainer!!!
