Dragon Review

Raghavan(Pradeep Ranganathan) is working in an IT Company with a Good salary. Good job. Good salary. He has purchased a New Home. His marriage is Fixed with a Millionaire's daughter. Things take a turn... Raghavan in the past has 48 arriers in his college...Without clearing those Papers, Raghavan produces a Fake certificate and joins the IT company...Principal (Mysskin) of his college finds it out and gives him two options...Either he has to write those 48 papers and clear them...Else, he would reveal the Truth about him to the company and to his people who are around him ...What does Raghavan decide? What does he do? That's Dragon

“Try not to become a man of success, but rather try to become a man of value.” — Albert Einstein.

That's the one line of Dragon.

An Engaging Youth Entertainer with Morality.

There are engineers who are jobless with Good percentage...There are people who earn Good salary by producing Fake certificates...Dragon addresses about it...

Dragon addresses about Fake certificates and Paper chase.

Dragon is also about how a guy gets influenced by the girls whom he loves and about his wrong decisions. For example, Raghavan scores 96% in his 12th std. He proposes the girl he loves. She rejects him stating that she loves bad guys. This influences Raghavan where he becomes notorious in his college. His next girlfriend(Anupama Parameshwaran) at a point breaks up with him stating that his notoriousness can be loved in college but pragmatically it wouldn't work for the relationship on a long term. She Breaks up with him stating that he is a failure. This influences Raghavan where he thinks that Success is what matters. He takes a crooked and short cut path. Raghavan keeps on taking wrong decisions thinking that Success is what matters rather than values.

Situational Comedy is the key Highlight of Dragon.

Pradeep Ranganthan Rocks the show!!!

Good Debut for Kayadu Lohar!!!

Anupama Parameshwaran has done her part well!!!

VJ Siddhu, Harshath Khan, Mysskin, Gautham Menon, George Maryan, K.S. Ravikumar, Ravinder Chandrasekhar and others have performed their roles well.

Mysskin has performed well as Principal.

Sneha and Ivana in cameo appearance...

Leon James Music and Background score is impressive and is a Big Plus for Dragon.

Songs have been choreographed and picturised well.

Niketh Bommi Cinematography is Impressive!!!

Good Editing by Pradeep E.Ragav

From the beginning till climax Dragon was Engaging and Entertaining. Good Direction by Ashwath Marimuthu

Minus: Climax is Morally right...However, It wasn't Convincing and wasn't emotionally impactful...It was Cinematic...கொஞ்சம் சினிமாத்தனமாக இருந்தது...அவ்வளவு தில்லு முள்ளு செய்த ராகவன் கடைசியில் திருந்துவதெல்லாம் நம்பும்படி இல்லை...However, towards the end the conversation that happens between Raghavan and his Father was emotional...

Raghavan at the end acts according to his Conscienceness. Rather than being fakefully successful but having guilt inside, Raghavan decides to be Honest... Director Ashwath Marimuthu scores here...Dragon also addresses the importance of education.

Overall, An Engaging Youth Entertainer with Morality.
