Sardar 2
Review
Language: Tamil
An Engaging Spy Entertainer from Director PS Mithran.
Black Dagger(SJ Suryah) wants to Activate a Bio weapon called Doku to destroy India. Why? What is Doku? Did Sardar (Karthi) and Vijay Prakash (Karthi) stop him? That's Sardar 2.
First half: Engaging
Second half: Engaging but predictable
Sardar 2 has been made without songs like an English movie. Screenplay was Engaging. There was a good sense of depth and detailing in the Screenplay.
Our Actions with Good intentions sometimes can turn out bad. Sardar 2 addresses about it.
Sardar 2 addresses about the excessive usage of Anti Biotics which can cause harm to our body.
Sardar 2 addresses about the possible bacterial infections that could happen to humans because of consuming chickens which are injected with Anti-biotics.
Sardar 2 addresses about Bio war.
As Sardar and Vijay Prakash, Karthi has performed well.
SJ Suryah Rocks the show as Black Dagger aka Yoganandan. There is a scene where SJ Suryah addresses about the harmful effects of Anti- Biotics. He has explained and performed well in that scene along with Yogi Babu and Nizhalgal Ravi. It was Humorous and Thoughtful.
Good performance from Malavika Mohanan.
Karthi, SJ Suryah, Malavika Mohanan, Ashika Ranganath, Yogi Babu, Nizhalgal Ravi, Naasar, Asish Vidyarthi, Achyuth Kumar, Avinash and Babu Antony are key performers.
Sardar 2 was Better and Grander than Sardar.
George C. Williams Cinematography was Impressive!!!
Vijay Velukutty's Editing was Good.
Production values and Production design were Impressive!!!
Background score of Sam CS was Good in First half.
Minus:
1. All the knots and surprises are revealed in the Intermission itself. When the Intermission arrives you are able to predict the Screenplay of second half.
2. There were some logical loopholes in the Screenplay.
3. Second half was lagging a bit.
4. Sardar 2 is a Good movie. It was not promoted well. The movie didn't generate a good hype among audience which is required for it.
5. Background score of Sam CS was Average in second half.
Overall, Sardar 2 is an Engaging Spy Entertainer from Director PS Mithran!!!
